Our processing facilities in California and in North Carolina, provide diverse growing and canning facilities which offers great protection from crop related shortages.

Our peppers and pimientos are grown exclusively for processing. This means that our raw product is consistently the finest available. Other processors buy primarily raw product which was grown for the produce market. We are constantly upgrading our facilities and methods to insure the continuity of supply and quality upon which our customers depend.

Our North Carolina facility is located in the middle of America's prime region for growing sweet potatoes. We are a major source for excellent quality canned sweet potatoes for both the foodservice and consumer market.

Sales, customer service, shipping and administration is handled by our Tennessee headquarter location. We offer several branded products as well as private label availability.
